Job Summary

A pharmaceutical and genetic research company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Corporate Controller Director.

Must be able to:

• Provide key technical accounting judgments and policies
• Provide oversight the Company’s internal controls compliance
• Lead preparation and review of SEC filings

Required Skills:

• Bachelor or master’s degree in accounting and CPA license
• 12+ years of relevant experience
• 5+ years in an accounting leadership capacity at a public company
• Experience managing a diverse team of CPA and non-CPA professionals
• Process improvement and Oracle ERP system implementation experience
• Proven experience of building teams and resolving conflicts
