Job Summary

A provider of recruiting software needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Corporate Counsel.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Providing advice and counsel to support customers
• Creating easy-to-digest collateral around employing workers
• Supporting Platform and Products team in building a scalable, marketable, and successful technology platform

Required Skills:

• Juris Doctorate or other qualified lawyer with at least 5 years experience, and proper licensure
• Experience with works councils, employment terminations, transfers, and claims, a must.
• Capable of explaining complex legal theory, terminology and issues in easy-to-understand language
• Experience with remote work
• Excellent communication skills
