Job Summary
A legal and identity protection company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Corporate Counsel.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and counsel to internal business partners
- Prepare, review and negotiate contracts to reduce legal risk and align contractual terms to the company’s strategic goals
- Proactively coordinate with key stakeholders to identify and resolve potential legal issues
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Capable of working highly independently
- Strong oral and written skills
- Believes in the company’s mission to provide equal access to legal services
- Trustworthy and upstanding character
- 7+ years trained in a large corporate legal department or law firm
- Requires admittance to a state bar
