Remote Senior Corporate Counsel

Job Summary

A legal and identity protection company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Corporate Counsel.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and counsel to internal business partners
• Prepare, review and negotiate contracts to reduce legal risk and align contractual terms to the company’s strategic goals
• Proactively coordinate with key stakeholders to identify and resolve potential legal issues  

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Capable of working highly independently  
• Strong oral and written skills
• Believes in the company’s mission to provide equal access to legal services
• Trustworthy and upstanding character
• 7+ years trained in a large corporate legal department or law firm
• Requires admittance to a state bar
