A financial services company is seeking a Remote Senior Corporate Development Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Tracking acquisition and investment opportunities
- Preparing valuation and supporting analyses
- Performing competitive research to support strategy
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with a major in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Science, or a technical field
- Demonstrated record of academic and/or professional achievement
- 1+ years of experience in M&A, FP&A or Strategic Planning
- Excellent financial and analytical skills
- Capacity for distilling large volume of information
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects
