A developer of a video streaming platform is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Corporate Development Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Develop a world-class corporate development practice
• Identify inorganic opportunities that will accelerate strategic priorities
• Develop a rigorous understanding of the industry landscape

Required Skills:

• Experience driving multiple business deals through all phases
• Experience managing complex negotiations from start to finish
• Motivated to work in a fast-paced, hypergrowth environment
• Ability to simplify highly complex problems and develop clear recommendations
• 7+ years experience in corporate development, venture capital, private equity or investment banking
• Understanding of technology and experience with various tools
