Job Summary
A global software, consulting, managed services firm has an open position for a Remote Senior Corporate Legal Counsel.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of client, business partner and vendor contracts
- Monitoring changes in applicable laws
- Working in partnership with the Human Capital team on any employment law or employee relations issues
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Education: JD from an ABA law school; admission in good standing to the Bar of the state where you reside or the State of Indiana
- 5 - 8 years of relevant experience either at a law firm or as in-house counsel
- Very strong attention to detail along with strong analytical and computer skills
- Ability to demonstrate sound judgment even in ambiguous situations
