Job Summary
A mortgage company is in need of a Remote Senior Corporate Loan Processor in Brecksville.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Communicating with various companies to obtain vendor information
- Performing a thorough review and analysis of borrower’s credit
- Obtaining a complete loan package before submitting to underwriting
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years residential mortgage processing experience
- Knowledge of RESPA guidelines
- Previous experience with Encompass
- Strong math and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
