A software company is in need of a Remote Senior Corporate Paralegal.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Helping to prepare SEC filings, including quarterly and annual reports
  • Leading corporate compliance matters for various subsidiaries
  • Assisting with document preparation and execution

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 7+ years of relevant corporate experience
  • Experience as a manager
  • Experience with SEC filings and requirements
  • Ability to manage, track, and submit legal budgets
  • Ability to execute under pressure and within timelines
  • Experience working alongside senior management teams and board members
