Job Summary
A biotech research and development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Corporate Paralegal and Legal Operations Associate.
Must be able to:
- Assist in tracking Legal team cost accruals, and facilitate budget reporting
- Assist with legal third-party vendor management, oversight and legal-vendor diversity efforts
- Maintain library of corporate resolutions, recordkeeping templates and historical documents for use in corporate matters
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience working with cloud-based and on-premises legal group technology solutions
- B.A. or B.S. degree or relevant experience
- Eight plus years experience in corporate legal operations, patent operations, or tech program management, in-house or at a law firm
- Experience managing multiple deadlines and operational priorities
- Expertise with Excel (can perform complex functions), PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
- Experience breaking down complex processes and identifying important pain points
