Remote Senior Corporate Paralegal and Legal Operations Associate

Job Summary

A biotech research and development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Corporate Paralegal and Legal Operations Associate.

Must be able to:

• Assist in tracking Legal team cost accruals, and facilitate budget reporting
• Assist with legal third-party vendor management, oversight and legal-vendor diversity efforts
• Maintain library of corporate resolutions, recordkeeping templates and historical documents for use in corporate matters

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Experience working with cloud-based and on-premises legal group technology solutions
• B.A. or B.S. degree or relevant experience
• Eight plus years experience in corporate legal operations, patent operations, or tech program management, in-house or at a law firm
• Experience managing multiple deadlines and operational priorities
• Expertise with Excel (can perform complex functions), PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
• Experience breaking down complex processes and identifying important pain points
