Job Summary
A health benefit administration company is in need of a Remote Senior Corporate People Business Partner.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Acting as a mentor to other Business Partners and Generalists
- Scheduling regular 1x1’s with senior leaders to achieve business results
- Supporting compensation decisions
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 10+ years of Human Resources experience, including experience supporting executives and senior leaders
- Certification in HR or advance degree
- Knowledge and experience in the following areas
- Experience leading cross-functional projects of moderate complexity
- Solid understanding of key HR practice areas
