Job Summary

A health benefit administration company is in need of a Remote Senior Corporate People Business Partner.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Acting as a mentor to other Business Partners and Generalists
• Scheduling regular 1x1’s with senior leaders to achieve business results
• Supporting compensation decisions

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• 10+ years of Human Resources experience, including experience supporting executives and senior leaders
• Certification in HR or advance degree
• Knowledge and experience in the following areas
• Experience leading cross-functional projects of moderate complexity
• Solid understanding of key HR practice areas
