Job Summary
A health systems managed services operator has an open position for a Remote Senior Corporate Recruiter.
Must be able to:
- Manage full lifecycle recruiting for a high volume portfolio of requisitions across the organization
- Source, phone screen, schedule interviews and manage the entire candidate process, including offer negotiations and closing
- Foster relationships with candidates to ensure they have a positive experience
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years experience at an agency or as a corporate recruiter
- Demonstrable track record of successfully managing the full recruiting lifecycle
- Experience working with an applicant tracking system with a level of detail orientation that maintains strong data integrity
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication as well as the ability to work at every level of the organization
