Job Summary

A marketing and advertising firm is filling a position for a Remote Senior Corporate Recruiter.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Eagerly help shape the direction of a fast-growing B2B marketing agency
  • Seek out highly qualified candidates for a wide array of positions including marketing account managers/client services, software developers, graphic designers, strategic planners, project managers and more
  • Serve as a key player in helping us impact the marketplace for companies who impact the world

Qualifications Include:

  • 8+ years of results-oriented professional recruiting experience in an agency and corporate setting
  • Ability to recruit with urgency, find the right talent (applicants and sourcing) and drive the process
  • Proven strong full life cycle recruiting skills
  • Experience recruiting for one or both of the following: software developers and/or marketing / advertising agency positions (client services, creative, etc)
  • Demonstrated interest and experience in networking, engaging passive candidates and building a candidate pipeline
  • Ability to work a flex workload; between 5 and 25 hours per week
