Job Summary
A multi-national corporation is seeking a Remote Senior Corporate Recruiter.
Must be able to:
- Coach and influence hiring managers while making effective hiring decisions and maintaining a high level of communication
- Stay abreast/research new recruiting technology that will drive efficiencies and eliminate waste
- Positively influence change and company culture across talent solutions team, customers and business partners
Position Requirements Include:
- Recruiting experience (corporate or agency) with engineering and/or technology roles
- Experience building, communicating and executing recruiting strategies that drive a diverse slate of qualified candidates
- Experience leveraging data and market insights to influence and make informed recommendations to customers
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
