Job Summary

A security and surveillance company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Corporate Recruiter.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Reviewing applications, sourcing and potentially screening candidates
• Identifying positions that have been open longer than 30 days and/or hard to fill roles
• Working within ATS system (iCIMS) to review new applications

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• 3-5 years’ experience in a full lifecycle, corporate recruiting function using iCIMS applicant tracking
• Demonstrated expertise in non-standard recruiting methods
• High proficiency with iCIMS Recruit and LinkedIn Recruiter
