Job Summary
A cybersecurity technology company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Corporate Recruiter.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing analytical and industry insight, as needed
- Managing online job postings and researching new resources for posting and sourcing talent
- Developing and updating job descriptions
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years proven experience as a full-cycle recruiter hiring for a variety of roles
- Experience with Diversity & Inclusion initiatives
- Excited to be part of a small but growing team
- Familiarity with modern ATS tools, preferably Greenhouse
- Experience recruiting as part of an in-house team
- Skilled at candidate screening and interviewing, comfortable assessing talent from junior to senior levels
