Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition
- Demonstrates strategic thinking and independent management skills
- Solid business acumen, management, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and experience partnering with executive-level clients, stakeholders and/or team members
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Expertise working with leading applicant tracking systems
