Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing full cycle recruiting process ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Screening resumes, interview qualified candidates, and evaluate skill level, ultimately making a recommendation to the hiring team
- Driving full offer process and manage expectations not only with candidates but with all internal stakeholders
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years’ experience in recruiting with a focus on revenue-facing teams
- The ability to, and passion for, building strong pipelines to source and connect with potential candidates
- Passion for a fast- paced, frequently changing environment
- An ability to multi-task and prioritize time sensitive activities
- An expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components
