A financial technology development company is in need of a RemoteManage full cycle recruiting process ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience Senior Corporate Recruiter in Draper.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Managing full cycle recruiting process ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
• Screening resumes, interview qualified candidates, and evaluate skill level, ultimately making a recommendation to the hiring team
• Driving full offer process and manage expectations not only with candidates but with all internal stakeholders

Skills and Requirements Include:

• 5+ years’ experience in recruiting with a focus on revenue-facing teams
• The ability to, and passion for, building strong pipelines to source and connect with potential candidates
• Passion for a fast- paced, frequently changing environment
• An ability to multi-task and prioritize time sensitive activities
• An expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components
