Job Summary
A business process management company is in need of a Remote Senior Corporate Recruiter in Reston.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop and implement successful sourcing strategies to recruit external Veteran and Disabled candidates
- Partner with Project, divisional and corporate Recruiter’s, recruiting and Human Capital Leaders
- Ensure compliance with Company applicant tracking practices and with federal/state laws
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Recruit at conference and other hiring events
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience
- Developed solutions to a variety of complex problems
- Work requires considerable judgment and initiative
- Exert some influence on the overall objectives and long-range goals of the organization
