Job Summary
A computer software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Corporate Recruiter or Corporate Recruiter in Richmond.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring leaders to determine strategic hiring needs
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers and establish search strategy
- Determine appropriate recruiting sources for advertising
Required Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced, full life cycle recruiting environment
- Ability to influence and negotiate diplomatically and fairly with a range of stakeholders
- Knowledgeable in creative recruiting techniques
- Skilled at conducting in-depth screens
- Experience recruiting and building rapport with C-level executives
- Proficiency working with an application tracking system such as Taleo or Hirebridge
