Job Summary
A travel services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Corporate Travel Consultant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Appropriately responding to and resolving customers inquiries
- Asking questions targeted to encourage complete responses
- Using positive language and word choices to avoid negative customer reactions
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Minimum 3-5 plus years' experience in the corporate travel management industry
- Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures and processes
- Advanced skills on travel industry systems, including Apollo GDS
- Demonstrated excellent professional customer service and problem resolution skills
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to work independently, exercising discretion and judgment
