Job Summary
A mobile food ordering platform company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Counsel.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Interacting with government and regulatory authorities
- Helping supervise outside counsel to effectively and efficiently support and defend company initiatives
- Managing a fast-paced docket of commercial litigation and regulatory matters across a wide range of subject areas
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5-8 years' experience as a litigator at a major law firm or in-house legal department
- JD degree with very strong academic credentials
- Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to work cross-functionally
- Class action experience
- Member in good standing of the NY, IL or comparable State Bar
