Job Summary

A publishing and ad management company has an open position for a Remote Senior Counsel.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Developing and leading select legal department strategic objectives
• Monitoring and interpreting the various laws

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as corporate in-house counsel
• 5+ years advising in the area of commercial contracts, vendor management, and partner agreements
• 10+ years experience as a practicing attorney, in the technology industry
• JD with bar admission in good standing
