A publishing and ad management company has an open position for a Remote Senior Counsel.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing and leading select legal department strategic objectives
- Monitoring and interpreting the various laws
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as corporate in-house counsel
- 5+ years advising in the area of commercial contracts, vendor management, and partner agreements
- 10+ years experience as a practicing attorney, in the technology industry
- JD with bar admission in good standing
