Job Summary

A game development studio needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Counsel or Assistant General Counsel.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Designing, building, and implementing processes and resources to grow and mature the legal function at the company
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements
• Advising business, growth, engineering, and other teams on issues related to product design and development

Required Skills:

• Law degree or equivalent credentials from a top law school or with distinction and law license in jurisdiction of legal practice
• Minimum of 3 years of legal practice with experience at a top tier global law firm or in-house legal department
• Able to research and advise on complex legal and regulatory issues
