Job Summary
An entertainment technology company is in need of a Remote Senior Creator Studio User Researcher .
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Represent the voice of our users in the product development process
- Identify impactful opportunities for product development based on user needs
- Deliver insights that inform the problems we choose to seek and craft the future of our roadmaps
Qualifications for this position include:
- Substantial experience in user research in a product development environment, working on platform products
- You have broad experience of qualitative research methods, with high standards of rigor
- Have a genuine interest in building internal products and solving problems for internal users
- You're familiar with quantitative research methods, comfortable with metrics & A/B tests & are able to synthesize quantitative data
- Experience crafting and executing impactful projects end-to-end through collaboration and with a high degree of autonomy
