Job Summary
A software development company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Credit and Collections Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Identify accounts that are uncollectible
- Conduct weekly account reviews with credit & collection specialists
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of accounts receivable and collections experience
- Strong Excel and/or Google sheet experience
- Good customer relationship skills to manage a variety of customer interactions
