Job Summary

A banking services company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Credit Operations Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Analyze change requests
• Independently respond and resolve complex and critical card program issues
• Research and test new functionality, solutions, and product launches

Qualifications Include:

• Provide Post implementation support, onsite if applicable, for projects and/or change events
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Systems, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• Five (5) years of related experience in the payment processing industry required
• Three (3) years of related experience in business or system analysis
• Two (2) years client facing (project or relationship) experience required
