Job Summary
A customer experience consulting and services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior CRM Consultant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing sustainable business relationships with clients
- Presenting project vision, architecture, and strategy to clients
- Assisting business development with project requirements
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel to business and customer locations, locally and/or nationally up to 30%
- Minimum of 3-5+ years’ experience working with relevant Microsoft technologies
- At least 1 year of experience leading project teams, either formally or informally
- 3+ years of Experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and/or other CRM applications
- Understands and can assist or lead CRM on-premise upgrades and migrations to Dynamics in the cloud
- Familiarity ETL solutions such as Scribe or SSIS with KingswaySoft
