A tech company is filling a position for a Remote Senior CRM Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Driving customer segmentation and executing unique and impactful lifecycle campaigns
- Designing and deploying communications across email and mobile messaging
- Managing the program communication calendar, including promotional strategy
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business or Technology related area
- 5+ years of digital marketing work focused on CRM programs
- Proven track record in email marketing using email automation software or marketing software
- Experience developing customer segmentation, launching campaigns and measuring effectiveness
- Fluent in Enterprise level CRM tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Urban Airship
- Experience with enterprise level analytic solutions such as DOMO or similar
