Job Summary
A home warranty and services company is filling a position for a Remote Senior CRM Marketing Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Building, executing and managing marketing campaigns to customer segments through various channels including direct mail, outbound and inbound calling, email, SMS, and the web
- Supporting segment marketing programs throughout the customer lifecycle and serving as an internal subject matter expert in specified customer segment(s)
- Optimizing available resources and working with internal partners to help lead online and offline strategies supporting behavioral-based marketing
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel to Memphis headquarters when needed
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3 years of marketing experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of marketing principles and practices
- Proven business writing skills
- Ability to use market and consumer research to analyze market conditions, anticipate trends and communicate changes in key segments
- Ability to identify opportunities with key segments, develop and present proposals to evaluate opportunities
