A health insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior CRM Process Improvement Professional.

  • Assisting in the ongoing maintenance of four career sites
  • Managing user testing of career sites
  • Doing monthly and quarterly CRM reporting

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 3+ years expert knowledge of the recruiting process
  • 2 years of Customer Relationship Management system proficiency
  • Experience working as part of an interdependent team supporting an enterprise HR application
  • Knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
  • Associate's Degree in a related field or comparable experience
