Job Summary

A software developer is filling a position for a Remote Senior Customer Advocacy Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Generating and converting a pipeline of referenceable customers and brand advocates
  • Creating customer stories that help prospects and customers see the value of the company faster
  • Building and maintaining the company's customer evidence repository

Qualifications Include:

  • 2+ years of direct experience executing customer advocacy / customer marketing programs
  • 5+ years experience building highly impactful advocacy programs including executive Customer Advisory Board (CAB)
  • Strong project and program management skills to align resources and reliably execute multiple programs and ongoing assignments
  • Being an innovative thinker and creative problem solver
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally, with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with executives, both internally and externally
