Job Summary

A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Customer Advocate in Boston.

Must be able to:

  • Educate and guide prospects through the customer journey to help them learn how LogicManager can manage their risks and achieve their goals
  • Manage a pipeline of inbound and self-sourced leads to identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential buyers
  • Close business with new and existing customers to meet quarterly revenue targets and customer goals

Position Requirements Include:

  • College degree in any major
  • 5+ years experience in a sales role
  • Enterprise or consultative selling experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical/problem solving skills, reading comprehension and critical reasoning
  • History of volunteer work, varsity sports or extracurricular leadership roles
