Job Summary
A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Customer Advocate in Boston.
Must be able to:
- Educate and guide prospects through the customer journey to help them learn how LogicManager can manage their risks and achieve their goals
- Manage a pipeline of inbound and self-sourced leads to identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential buyers
- Close business with new and existing customers to meet quarterly revenue targets and customer goals
Position Requirements Include:
- College degree in any major
- 5+ years experience in a sales role
- Enterprise or consultative selling experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical/problem solving skills, reading comprehension and critical reasoning
- History of volunteer work, varsity sports or extracurricular leadership roles
