Job Summary

A software developer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Customer Care Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing remote technical and application problem resolution and escalation assistance
  • Gaining and maintaining knowledge of assigned customers' technical and business environment
  • Taking ownership and drive effective closure to complex or escalated customer issues

Position Requirements Include:

  • Some travel, after-hours, or on-call work may be required
  • Demonstrated competency in supporting main software products and strategy
  • Demonstrated ability to learn complex software tools quickly and explain those concepts to others
  • Excellent customer service and teamwork skills
  • Ability to use professional concepts in accordance with company objectives
