A software developer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Customer Care Engineer.

- Providing remote technical and application problem resolution and escalation assistance
- Gaining and maintaining knowledge of assigned customers' technical and business environment
- Taking ownership and drive effective closure to complex or escalated customer issues
Position Requirements Include:
- Some travel, after-hours, or on-call work may be required
- Demonstrated competency in supporting main software products and strategy
- Demonstrated ability to learn complex software tools quickly and explain those concepts to others
