An insurance company is in need of a Remote Senior Customer Care Training Leader.

  • Developing training materials to be presented in multiple methods of communication
  • Evaluating organizational performance and assessing post training results
  • Effectively communicating training performance with team members, trainers, and management

Qualifications Include:

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Strong customer service attitude and professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related business and communication tool
  • Successfully demonstrated ability to give and receive feedback
  • Ability to coordinate external department training delivery
  • High degree of integrity and discretion
