Job Summary
A pharmaceutical logistics company is in need of a Remote Senior Customer Communications Experience Hub Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Enabling the development and consistent quality of communication templates
- Leading the development and improvement of consistent customer communication experiences
- Utilizing data-driven learnings to enable a feedback loop continuously improving communications
Position Requirements Include:
- Normally requires a minimum of ten (10) years directly related and progressively responsible experience
- Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, communications, marketing, strategy or similar vocations
- High degree of technical knowledge of principles in communications, marketing and project management
- Working knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution business
- Superior interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated history of operating as a business manager
