Job Summary
A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Customer Design and Technology Consultant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Serving as the primary liaison between business and technical partners
- Translating and documents designs into actionable business requirements
- Designing workflows and operational processes while reducing costs, unnecessary work, and manual intervention
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, engineering, or a related field
- At least five to seven years of experience in the customer or operations technology field
- Strong experience in designing and using technical products, using databases, customer relationship management data
- Certifications in platforms such as Salesforce highly desired
- Knowledge/Content management experience using and feature development of CRM applications
- Certifications in business processes such as Lean, Six Sigma, Scrum, or Agile are a plus
