Job Summary

An AI-based software company is in need of a Remote Senior Customer Education Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Develop and own the strategy for our customer education program and body of multimedia content
  • Define customer education program success criteria, measure progress, and communicate status
  • Evaluate the customer journey by customer segment, gather customer feedback, and determine the right mix of educational offerings

Qualifications Include:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS
  • Experience in crafting content that drives conversions, such as new product adoption among existing customers
  • History of creating programs that measurably increase successful customer outcomes
  • Direct experience with leading website publishing and CMS platforms
  • Proven track record of creating of building cross-functional partnership and alignment
  • Direct experience with video content creation
