Job Summary

A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Customer Experience Data Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Working closely with business users to define and deliver effective data visualizations and reports
  • Defining parameters for data queries and aggregation based on business requirements
  • Synthesizing and refining raw quantitative and qualitative information into succinct and relevant insights

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's in a field of study providing technical and analytic preparation or 4 additional years of experience
  • Comprehensive working knowledge of SQL
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience analyzing and/or visualizing survey data, especially from Qualtrics or a similar survey platform
  • Strong ability to analyze and present data stories in a clear, concise manner
  • Strong working knowledge of Tableau or similar data visualization tools (Qlik Sense, Qlik View, Power BI)
