A global network of schools and programs needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Customer Experience Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Developing views of both present and future customer journeys
  • Developing customer needs and use cases throughout a customer journey
  • Leading facilitated sessions in customer journey mapping and service blueprinting

Qualifications Include:

  • 5+ years of CX operations experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or greater
  • Understanding of wants and needs of parents
  • A strong work ethic and coachable attitude
  • An entrepreneurial and energetic personality
