Job Summary

An information management company is seeking a Remote Senior Customer Experience Program Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Provide basic market insights to drive product capabilities
  • Contribute to strategic planning and program planning
  • Provide direct support to sales teams

Required Skills:

  • Willingness to travel across North America and occasionally Latin America & EMEA
  • 5-8 years of related experience in Customer Engagement/Customer Experience
  • Experience in customer technologies such as CRM, eCommerce, Web Engagement, etc
  • Business project management experience (small to medium-scaled projects)
  • Bachelor’s degree or college diploma or equivalent experience
