Job Summary

A fraud protection company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Customer Marketing Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing the global Reference and Referral Management system, ensuring support for new business deals
  • Driving brand reputation on 3rd party review sites such as G2 and Gartner Peer Insights
  • Identifying and matching customer advocates for participation in case studies

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 6+ years of marketing experience
  • 2+ years of people management experience
  • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated success in developing relationships with customers, CS, Sales and customer-facing teams
  • Experience and comfort with using data analytics to demonstrate the effectiveness of customer marketing activities
