Job Summary
A fraud protection company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Customer Marketing Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing the global Reference and Referral Management system, ensuring support for new business deals
- Driving brand reputation on 3rd party review sites such as G2 and Gartner Peer Insights
- Identifying and matching customer advocates for participation in case studies
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 6+ years of marketing experience
- 2+ years of people management experience
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated success in developing relationships with customers, CS, Sales and customer-facing teams
- Experience and comfort with using data analytics to demonstrate the effectiveness of customer marketing activities
