Job Summary
A software-as-a-service company is in need of a Remote Senior Customer Operations Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Provide business insight with modeling
- Develop, track, analyze and manage Key Performance Indicators
- Measure, analyze and evaluate existing processes
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years experience in Customer or Revenue Operations
- Exceptional experience using Excel, Google sheets and Microsoft Power BI
- Exceptional business modeling & reporting skills
- Proficiency with both MS Windows PC computers and Apple Macintosh computer
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited educational institution
