Job Summary

A software-as-a-service company is in need of a Remote Senior Customer Operations Analyst.

Must be able to:

  • Provide business insight with modeling
  • Develop, track, analyze and manage Key Performance Indicators
  • Measure, analyze and evaluate existing processes

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 5+ years experience in Customer or Revenue Operations
  • Exceptional experience using Excel, Google sheets and Microsoft Power BI
  • Exceptional business modeling & reporting skills
  • Proficiency with both MS Windows PC computers and Apple Macintosh computer
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited educational institution
