An information technology security firm is filling a position for a Remote Senior Customer Reference Program Manager.

- Helping marketing, public relations, and social media functions develop quotes
- Building strong relationships with our core sales teams
- Maintaining positive, productive relationships with customers
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3-5 years of experience in a customer advocacy role, preferably in cybersecurity or technology
- B.A. or B.S. degree in business, marketing, communications, or similar
- Experience with Reference View or similar software
- Excellent skills in understanding and juggling multiple functions/departments within an organization
