Job Summary

A financial services company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Customer Relationship Management Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Owning the lifecycle roadmap
  • Mapping out the customer journey and deploying a list segmentation strategy from opt-in to churn
  • Driving alignment with internal cross-functional and external solution partners

Qualifications Include:

  • 5+ years of CRM, lifecycle marketing, and/or digital marketing for technology-enabled companies
  • Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders in a matrixed organization
  • Proven track record of building and scaling a lifecycle marketing program across multiple channels
  • Experience working with multiple ESPs and/or engagement marketing tools
  • Experience analyzing data and using insights, market trends, and competitive analysis
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills
