Job Summary

A home warranty and services company is in need of a Remote Senior Customer Relationship Marketing Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Building, executing and managing marketing campaigns to customer segments through various channels
• Supporting segment marketing programs throughout the customer lifecycle
• Optimizing available resources

Qualifications Include:

• Ability to travel to Memphis headquarters when needed
• Knowledge of marketing principles and practicesKnowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Marketing)
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Public-speaking and presentation skills
• Project management
• Computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
