Job Summary
A web hosting company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Customer Researcher.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Research and customer advocate and evangelist
- Align with an allocated customer segment and company initiative s to work on the bigger picture
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5 + years as a CX, UX or Market Researcher
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- History of successfully managing your own time and meeting deadlines
- Highly skilled at qualitative research methods
- Proven track record collaborating with a wide range of roles in marketing, product, CX and other departments
