Job Summary
An information technology provider is in need of a Remote Senior Customer Service and Support Technologies Analyst Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Deliver high quality actionable advice through a variety of media
- Help clients deliver on their mission-critical priorities
- Respond to client questions, create materials for and deliver to clients
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to conduct occasional travel, regionally and globally
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in a research or technology related role
- Demonstrated superior analytical skills, applying conceptual models, recognizing patterns while drawing and defending conclusions
- Experience in implementing technologies in customer service organizations
