Job Summary

A health services company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Customer Service Health Representative.

  • Ensuring quality customer service for internal and external customers
  • Solving problems systematically, using sound business judgment
  • Recommending customer service strategies and related improvements/enhancements

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • High School diploma / GED (or higher)
  • 1+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems, OR
  • 1+ years of experience in an office setting environment using the telephone and computer
  • Knowledgeable with computer skills including Microsoft Office programs
