Job Summary
A health services company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Customer Service Health Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Ensuring quality customer service for internal and external customers
- Solving problems systematically, using sound business judgment
- Recommending customer service strategies and related improvements/enhancements
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School diploma / GED (or higher)
- 1+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems, OR
- 1+ years of experience in an office setting environment using the telephone and computer
- Knowledgeable with computer skills including Microsoft Office programs
