Job Summary
A cloud computing services company is seeking a Remote Senior Customer Service Workforce Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing support in managing the analysis of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of site performance
- Providing support in creating and communicating site and profile-level short-term capacity plans
- Providing support in delivering and consistently review scheduling plans
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- 3+ years experience in program or project management
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- 3+ years' experience in workforce management
- Previous experience owning the scheduling of agents in a customer support environment
- Demonstrated Excel and other MS Office programs proficiency
