Job Summary

A cloud computing services company is seeking a Remote Senior Customer Service Workforce Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing support in managing the analysis of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of site performance
  • Providing support in creating and communicating site and profile-level short-term capacity plans
  • Providing support in delivering and consistently review scheduling plans

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • 3+ years experience in program or project management
  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • 3+ years' experience in workforce management
  • Previous experience owning the scheduling of agents in a customer support environment
  • Demonstrated Excel and other MS Office programs proficiency
