A cybersecurity company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Customer Success Account Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Understanding customer requirements; design and implement appropriate company solutions
- Working with the customers to ensure they are leveraging the solution and achieving success
- Supporting large and strategic customer pre-sales activities
Qualifications for this position include:
- Predominately US, 25% Travel
- B.S. or B.A. College Degree
- Strong project management skills
- Strong presentation skills and credibility with C-level executives
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of enterprise level businesses and inner IT workings
