Job Summary

A cybersecurity company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Customer Success Account Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Understanding customer requirements; design and implement appropriate company solutions
  • Working with the customers to ensure they are leveraging the solution and achieving success
  • Supporting large and strategic customer pre-sales activities
